How did the week go so fast?!? It was crazy at work and with evening commitments, so a little light on the workouts. But, my total mileage and days running is up! Progress!
Here’s what my week looked like:
2.08- Tuesday. Stormy, so I did mile loops close to my house. I ran after one downpour, and was trying to beat second wave.
4.75- Track Wednesdays. My first week back on the track, so I did a shorter workout. Check out my Friday 5 post about the track!
0-Thursday. But I did hang out with my running friends for Deb’s birthday. That counts for something, right?
6.15- Saturday. I wasn’t feeling great, so I just did 6 miles. The monuments are always beautiful. (See the top photo- it was clear and sunny, not too sunny or hot yet).
2.12- Sunday. In the rain- boo. But sleeping in Sunday morning was totally worth it! I wasn’t too excited go out, but it needed to be done. Much happier when I was finished!
Total: 15.10 miles
It was a start back into serious marathon training and schedule. I’m hoping to improve this week and make at least one kettlebell or lifting class.
